She's basing all of her trust on them on a few successful jobs, the good will of Shepard (which counts for a lot, in and of itself), and the fact that Liara has plainly and unquestionably been the lynchpin to the Crucible project.
The most important thing to her, right now, is getting Peter the hell out of here and away from the Ravagers.
